Brand Identity, Naming, Slogan
Liliana Martinez was already a distinguished Commercial Real Estate Broker when she decided it was time to set up a firm and dream bigger. In order to grow, she also needed to detach her brand from her name and present the new business to the world through a new logo and website. In a male-dominated market, Liliana wanted to convey her impressive people skills, but also her ability to use technology in her clients’ favor.
To achieve that, we put our in-house copywriter to the task, and she came up with a name that not only honors Liliana’s Latin roots but also conveys her deep knowledge of the field. For the logo, we designed a wordmark and chose a sleek combination of yellow and black to convey Liliana’s energy and great people skills, while also keeping things professional. Wordmark logos are unique text-only typographic treatment of the brand's name where the name becomes the instant identification of the brand.
